Experienced moderate flushing during my first usage but it occured 12 hours after taking the pill. It was a scary experience because I thought any side effects would hit a lot sooner. Flushing occurred about 4 hours after taking a pill the second day; this time I noticed my knees and ankles turning red - flushing was limited to face, neck, arms the first day. Hi Aunt Fifi -- Can't help you on these capsules, but my friend who has type 2 diabetes went on a raw diet after watching Raw for 30 Days, about regular people who tried a 100% raw diet to beat diabetes, with huge success. This just doesn't work. I keep it just as a rescue inhaler because I'm seriously asthmatic and take Advair Diskus religiously. When that fails me (occasionally) I've always used albuterol, but now they took my old standby away I'm stuck with this. Frankly, having a cup of coffee works a whole lot better. I marked that it had made my stress level go up because yeah, it's kind of stressful when you CAN'T BREATHE and your rescue inhaler doesn't rescue you.
