When I first started this pill, I hated it. I was bleeding constantly and I had cramps and headaches. However, after about two months of use, I have short, light periods and little pms related symptoms. After having taken Advil PM for the last month due to difficulty sleeping I have had randomly, really bad nightmares on several occasions. Waking up with an accelerated heartbeat and remembering most of the very vivid dreams. I do not drink and only take a prescription medicine during the day, as prescribed...this is not a good reaction and should be noted by the drug company as people can related heart problems.
