I really like this medication, but my only complaint is the price. I really like that I don't have to remember to use it every day, and that it has no side effects except an improved skin complexion.

I've been plagued by severe clinical depression, anxiety and bipolar disorders for 20 years. I've been prescribed several combinations of medications but have had very few periods of relief. My thyroid shut down 15 years ago, but after treatment with Levoxyl it started working again and has TSH, free T3, T4 levels have fluctuated ever since (though that was not recognized as normal 15 years ago). It supplies needed thyroid hormone, but does not address autoimmune problem that started it.

I've found this to be quite effective and I've actually been able to switch to taking it just once a day (should probably discuss this with my doctor, huh?). However, I am very concerned about long term effects, and I don't like being dependent on it, which is why I'm taking this survey. Hope other Advair users will add their experiences.

I had really bad hives last month and was prescribed Zantac to prevent the spread. It was very effective but I had to take it once a day for 10 days along with another medication. By the eighth day, my hives were completely gone.
