I had a bad experience with Nuva-Ring. I had originally been on the Depo-Provera shot for about 4 years before I decided to try something else. Benadryl works great for me- that is, it works fast and relieves all of my allergy symptoms (which are very severe). However, it makes me extremely drowsy, so unfortunately I cannot take it if I have anything to do.
