I have used creatine for muscle mass building purposes. I would take the supplement immediately following my workout routine. I am fairly satisfied with the results of the supplement, as I have been able to increase my strength gradually over the past few years. I started taking Lexapro when I was a sophomore in high school after I was finally diagnosed with an anxiety disorder after years of daily symptoms including a fluttery stomach, racing nervous thoughts, uncomfortably noticeable heartbeat, etc. and also occasional panic attacks.
