Benzoyl peroxide is key to clearing up acne and blemishes. It really helps kill the bacteria that causes pimples in a relatively short amount of time. However, using it too much in high concentration can cause dryness and peeling and maybe some irritation. It's best to use it with a moisturizer.

I have had excellent success with cipralex, treating anxiety and depression. Ive been on it for almost three years. In the past year i have noticed some symptoms which i suspect is the drug. The symptoms are loose stool, mild nausea, intermittent sleep issues amd weight gain of about 10 lbs. i need at least 8 hrs of sleep at night and do not have the same energy as i had before. Proactiv was good, but it stopped working after a while. I have to go off of it for a few months and go back on. Proactiv turned my face a bit darker when I first started using it, but my skin went back to normal within two weeks. I noticed Proactiv also bleaches my dark colored towels.

This seems to be the most effective drug for depression/anxiety that I have been given. I have been on quite a few. It doesnt seem to have any side effects, which was great. The only problem I have is when I dont take it. There have been times when I was due for a refill and had to wait until payday or for the pharmacy to open on Monday.
