It is great to use before or exercise. It also works once you are already out of breath. On the down side it can take 10 to 15 minutes to help you catch your breath. It makes you hyper and your heart beat faster.

I have had changes in discharge (it's usually yellowish), and each month I have a different side effect! The newest is bloating and numbness on my right side of the body (NOT a blood clot...I already got checked out). I have felt extremely nausious another month. I do have chronic migraines. maybe like 3-6 a year. I have only had 3 or 4 in the past 2 years I've been on mononessa. It is really effective. And Cheap. I take Zyflamend for prostate cancer. It has been thoroughly researched and is recommended and prescribed by Columbia University's School of Urology, and also by University of Texas. So far, prostate problems have decreased considerably and I will continue to take it. Any benefit as an anti-inflammatory is welcome but secondary.

Taking diamox for IIH. Along with the diamox and losing weight, my eye pressure has gone down and my field vision is better, still have a blurry spot in vision due to nerve damage. Swollen eye disc has reduced and no hemmoraging now in optic nerves.
