I am age 50 and take this for alleviating peri-menopausal symptoms. My hot flashes include nausea and fainting, so I absolutely need a hormone replacement drug to keep me normal. The only side effect I have from being on this pill for one month is a bodily rash all over (like heat rash) and acne on my chest and neck! It's very gross! My original dosing was only once a day, but around mid-afternoon I felt horrible and my symptoms were worse than ever. My psychiatrist switched me to one in the early morning and one in afternoon and, ever since, the change has been ridiculous. My finances are under control (because I can focus on taking care of bills as opposed to forgetting about them and then getting anxious), my work is a thousand times better and I am a lot more confident because my ADHD is being managed. Tums helps alleviate minor stomach problems. However it does not help for anything which causes a lot of pain. It helps with minor annoyances. Yes it does help some pain go away, but it isnt pain that is unbearable, it is just as easy to wait out the pain.
