Wow, Tom, I hope I am playing basketball at 75 too. I agree though, my Dad never took anything and he looks about 60 even through he is 78. I use a lot of indian herbs like amala, awhwagandha, and Gotu Kola which seems to keep me running, but my basket ball game aint what it used to be. Nice site here. Thanks

I liked how the redi-tabs dissolved quickly and that they were tasteless. However, they weren't that effective in my case. My condition remained the same, and I took longer to recover compared to other medications I've taken.

Isotretinoin is a nightmare, if you are thinking of taking it DONT! 3 years after go off the drug my bones still creak every time i climb a step, my liver is still recovering and more recently I have been diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism. I was 26 when I started the medication; I had lived with acne most of my live but just could not bear it any more as I felt embarrassed going to work or making presentations. I used to take Claritin before it was over-the-counter (after which it failed to work for me) and I also tried Zyrtec, which never really worked for me. Out of all of the allergy medications I've used, Allegra appears to be most effective for my seasonal allergies although it is not quite as effective for my animal allergies.
