I started taking Yaz to treat my ovarian cyst problem. My doctor basically asked me which BC I wanted to be on and that was the only one I had heard of. The first week I was incredibly emotional and would cry over the littlest thing. As time went by my moods were more regular but I was definitely a lot meaner. While taking Yaz I would consistently get bad headaches, and nausea if I didn't take the pill at the same time every day with food. During the seventh month I noticed I had gained ten p... Umcka is available in many forms. I have found them equally useful and have had no side effects. My favorite is the hot drink powder because it's nice to have a hot drink when you're feeling sick.

I switched from Effexor (300mg) to Prestiq (100mg) and was on Prestiq for 2 weeks. It was horrible. My paranoia was horrible, felt like everyone is talking about me behind my back, even feel like one coworker is trying to get me fired. I have at least 1 panic attack a day (never used to have them so much). I'm switching over to effexor. I know that prestiq is basically the same as effexor (already broken down), but maybe my body needed to break the effexor down. I'll keep you updated as... View full comment

I was skeptical when doctor said there was a connection between my acid reflux and my sinus headaches but controling the reflux has almost eliminated the headaches. It isn't 100% but it is a vast improvement

just an FYI. If you feel a Yeast infection coming on put about TBSN of Apple cider vinegar in cup of water and douche once. It works wonders for me. Hopefully it will work wonders for you too. Or alternatively, you can use about 1-2 drops tea tree oil in tbsn of melted coconut oil and dip a plastic tampon in it - let it soak it up for 20-30 minutes and use overnight. It that doesn't kill the yeast infection NOTHING WILL. Two of my favorites that work everytime. I just went to the docto... View full comment
