This was by far the worst experience of my life. I had taken other BC pills off and on since I was a teen and even though some were slightly bothersome, they were tolerable - I am now 35 and can't believe how awful this particular pill was. I'm an athlete and I've realized days that I happen to drink green tea, I am a lot more dehydrated out on the track. I'm not sure if there is causation between green tea and dehydration, but there is certainly a correlation there.
