DHC works wonders!! Nothing like Codiene at all, so don't worry folks! Also* There is no ceiling effect like codeine! On the negative side, tolerance can build within days. If I were to make a comparison for those who haven't heard of Dihydrocodeine; I'd says it's the UK's version of our "Hydrocodone (Vicodin,etc)". The two are quite similar. I take medications for headache indiscriminately. No favorative. I take headache medication maybe 3 times a year. They are all the same to me. Now I use Ibuprofin.

I was given Ceftin to treat a possible sinus/ear infection. I developed antibiotic-associated colitis after taking it. While I took the Ceftin, however, there were no side effects to speak of.
