This supplement wasn't one of my favorites. Even though I did recover quickly after workouts, and though I noticed more definition, I think the majority of it was water weight (I gained a lot of weight very quickly when I started using it). I know that many people swear by this stuff, but I don't think I would recommend it. Being able to eat after a workout is more important than creatine intake.

This drug is efficient against high blood pressure. I started this treatment almost 10 years ago. It has no side effect and it is a cheap drug.

48 hrs after taking one pill my leg muscles gave out . I fell and damaged my knee. I now have to see a doctor and get an mri to see the extent of damage from this poison.

My doc and I are still trying to work out the right dose to combat the sleepiness that my antidepressants cause (I've tried many - all make me sleepy). On 75mg, I can get through the day but am exhausted at night when it wears off. On 150mg, I feel fantastic - have tons of energy, am happier, a little less hungry (which is great considering the weight gain that's happened with trying so many antidepressants), but I lay awake at night for hours. I have had some underlying skin rash from some allergic reation and we are not sure what is is yet. I also suffer from autoimmune problems for over 20 years. This is the only thing that has diminished my severe itching and calmed this unknown body rash (similar to eczma)for the past week. THe itching & body rash was better immediately following the first day of this treatment the next morning.

I'm 17 and I've been on Ortho Tri Cyclen for about a month now. I finished the first pack yesterday... (today I started the generic) Well, it helped with my acne and my mood is fine, but I have been on my period for 28 days.
