I thought the Zyglamend was working really well for my inflammation from rheumatoid arthritis, and I was still taking only 1 tablet per day, working my way up to 2 per day. But the diarrhea and heache was there everyday. Then the headache was so bad I could barely move, so I took my blood pressure and found it had shot up dangerously high (179/112). Vicks 44 Cough relief cools down my burning throat when I cough constantly. It is actually one of my favorite over the counter medicine because of the fact that it doesn't have such strong side effects like Motrin.

This is an indirect experience i would really like to share. My cousin, she takes grandpa three time a day every single day. She wont sleep without having it, so hoocked. She has been taking the drug for about 20yrs now. she is struggling from sleeping as a result she has got blemishes due to less to almost no sleep at all for days,just too bad.

I have PTSD, ADHD, Panic Anxiety, generalising Anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, anxiety, Social Phobia. I had never heard of xanax before I was told by my doctor.
