This was a very expensive drug that did absolutely nothing for me. It didn't prevent an oncoming migraine when taken at onset, nor did it dull the pain once the migraine was full blown. I didn't experience any side effects, but it did nothing for the pain.

my legs swelled and went heavy. I wasn't sleeping and not urinating freqently enough. my mother is 86 and has taken them for a long time with no side effects. my husband has just been prescribed them although he is not over weight and walks every day to work and around his work place his colestrol is 7.5. we have been healthy eating for a few years now so this has come as a bit of shock to him. i have been on ortho tri cyclen for about a year and a half now...i was put on it because of its low hormones. other pills were making me feel sick because of the amount of hormones in them. ever since ive been on ortho tri cyclen, i develop yeast infections every 2-3 months. i am in and out of the gynocologist atleast 5 times a year for yeast infections. they are also hard to treat...OTC creams and diflucan prescriptions wont fully clear them. ortho tri cyclen is also ruining my sex life! i... Initially after starting Claravis, I broke out with large cysts that had to be injected and drained by the Derm Dr. After over two months of treatment, I am still breaking out with milder acne, but my skin is terrible red, fragile, peeling, scaling, and in general, looks TERRIBLE. In some ways it is better, but in other ways, it is so much worse. I feel stiff, sore, and generally uncomfortable.

I went on Moban in December 2009. It helped me at first but after a while, I have become more dysfunctional with my daily jobs such as showering and brushing my teeth. I have been struggling more with my school. I have lost weight which is a positive for me. But I also have had headahces causing me to take Ibuprofen up to 3 times a day at times. MY muscles have become stiff but my doc says it is not tardivdyskinesia because it is only one side of my body(1 leg,1 arm, 1 foot etc)

Have serious concerns about this drug.Causing extreme pain in all muscles.My Mum was able to walk three month ago, now she can barely stand up. Her back, arms and legs ache constantly, worse at night. She was diagnosed with an essential tremor years ago.I have never seen her like this, despite the tremor. I took Yasmin thinking it would give me almost identical benefits as Yaz, and Yasmin is available generic (whereas Yaz is not). However, within a month of taking this oral contraceptive my physicial and emotional state got much worse. My appetite was out of control, I ruminated over everything, etc.
