You need to report the muscle pain, you could get permanent muscle damage with cholesterol meds, I myself would not take it if you have muscle pain, this could indicate that it maybe is starting to damage your muscles and joints. I have tried five different statin drugs like baycol, zorcor and crestor....etc and they make me hurt all over, just got niaspan last night and didn't sleep and woke up lightheaded and had heart palpatations, probably won't take this either!!!! I have taken Xyzal for about six months and was fine with it; however, decided to stop the dosage about four days ago and noticed that my blood pressure is highly elevated. It's almost as if my body is "acting out" for the drug. Could it be addictive? I have NEVER had elevated blood pressure.
