I had to stop using Simponi, because the insurance changed and it wasn't covered by the new insurance. They told me to use Humira, which I was a little hesitant about taking, and it worked better than Simponi and Celebrex. So, now I'm on Humira and Mobic 7.5mg and I'm doing great. NO fare-ups. With Bactrim (generic) I get immediate relief from my chronic prostatitis symptoms. However, during my last two bouts with this condition, I have also had my high blood pressure drop into the normal range. The first time, the drop was extreme so that I discontinued the high blood pressure medication for about 3 months before it returned.
