I initially took this drug and there was no noticeable action and then I felt horrible for 3 - 4 and then much better. I couldn't sleep due to my sinus problems and was extremely stuffy. The drug does the job - just takes a while to do so!

best drug i have had for schizophrenia been on 2 other drug before receiving amisulpride. had risepdrone which gave me crapping and never really help my state of mind worse drug of the lot. Also had olanzpine which helped my condition but also gain 4 stone in weight in six months dont think i will ever loose the weight. my weight has been stable since going on Amisulpride also my mental state is as good as can be expected.

I've been taking this for over a year. At first like with any birth control I was nausea"s the first month when taking it but you solve that by taking it before bed duh! I love it haven't gained weight, start my period one day after stop taking it instead of waiting days and I didn't get mood swings or any other side affects

Not sure if Seasonique is the cause but I never had health problems like this until my 4th month on it. I developed a severe case of perioral dermetitus. Doctor has had me on antibiotics now for 2 months for that. Also that 4th month I started spotting daily. I quit Seasonique at the last week of my 6th month on it. Esipram (Lexapro) saved my life. I had suffered major chronic disorder for 18 years and no other anti-depressants helped. Some (Prozac) made it worse. I was taking tranquilizers every night and seeing a psychiatrist at least weekly. The anxiety attacks were horrendous and nothing helped. I still cannot believe the difference Esipram made.
