I had Graves Disease about 8 years ago,took docs a year to sort it out, had all the heart meds too. Then it was sorted out. Since then i have had Hyperthroidism about three times since - it just wont go away. Back on Carbims again. On 5 mg three times a day now have been retested and its hardly reduced it so have to up the dose to 4 tabs daily - doc said two am,two pm. Fluoxetine changed my personality dramatically. From being an overworriying, fearful, shy, caring guy to a agressive, irritable, not-caring one. I hate it soooo much this new person that fluoxetine has induced on me. Highly prrefer my anxiety than this. Also emotional flatness and loss of libido were severe. DON'T LET PEOPLE FOOL YOU, THIS DRUG IS POWERFUL AND CHANGE YOUR PERSONALITY.
