i have had alot of muscle tension since starting it and very tired constantly yawning and i have a headache every day all day. mood is more calm but can get very irritated of stupid things. working on controlling that! not sure if i like it giving in time to get into my system to see if i really like it.

I've been on Effexor XR for over 4 years now. I have recently added Lithium to boost the Effexor XR and it is working well. Effexor XR has got side effects like all medication but it works for me. With Lithium added I should be able to lower the dose of the Effexor. I was on 375mg a day for major depression and the headaches were too strong so I dropped back to 300mg which is better. paracetemol works however i feel actifast is more effective than paracetemol when it comes to my headaches.
