I have had simular issues. I first started taking chantix Oct 29, 2008. I had terrible abdominal pain and severe nausea. So, I convinced myself to continue taking the drug because I thought nausea and abdominal pain was better than continuing to smoke. Boy was I wrong. I quit smoking on Nov 15, 2008 AND quit taking chantix 3 days later. I knew I had to because chantix was making me very ill. its reccomended that i take it by my doctor. i have no choice but to follow his advice if i want to stay alive. i dont really like pills so if i didnt have to take it i wouldnt take it. but overall i guess it works so it serves its purpose.

I am blessed to find a medication that will control my colitis but do have issues with a few side effects. I have a real down time about 4-5 days after my injection. I get very withdrawn and somewhat depressed and to myself.I get very tired and just try to push through but some months are worse than others. I have also noticed my memory and focus seems to be getting worse. Other than that I am really happy with it.I know all medicines have side effects and I can deal with them to have a life.

Allegra made my heart race, so I asked my doctor to be switched to something with fewer side effects. I then I took Xyzal for about 7 months, while it did reduce my allergies the side effects were devastating. I gained weight. I was tired all the time. My heart rate went up. My joint's ached. My doctor started checking me for thyroid conditions, I had an EKG that showed nothing. I now suspect it was the Xyzal. I stopped taking it and all of those symptoms disappeared and I feel 100% better.... View full comment

I love this kind of Vicks! It's perfect for clearing up my nose during allergy season. I can also see clearer and my sneezing and itchy throat are all gone. I've only had good experiences with Vick's.
