I researched this medication throughly before starting it, and i recommended it to my endocrinologist. this medication has both T4 (commonly found in synthetics) and T3 (also in synthetic form but not often perscribed) as well as T1 and T2 which are not manufactured yet as we do not know what their role is and it is believed then that they must not be significant. I would rather take one medication that provides all of the same hormones my body should be producing but isnt.

I am a 42 year old woman who suffers with heavy periods and have done for most of my life! I recently started taking Norethisterone to help with my periods, which has helped. I suffer with anemia due to heavy periods, so regularly take Ferrous Sulphate, however this upsets my stomach and makes me feel ill, so I try and take the liquid form which combines Vit C with the Iron. Claritin makes me drowsy so badly that I have to stop doing my work and go to sleep. Day after I take the medication, I have headaches and feel dizzy. I also get nose bleeds but they are not severe enough to go to the hospital.
