Since using Agomelatine, I have experienced extreme nausea, headaches, stomach aches, hair loss and loose bowels, I am not sure whether to continue with this medication, I was told that there would hardly any if no side effects, but I have found this not to be true in my case.

I take Benadryl D for Sinus and Allergies and on occasion, Benadryl Severe Allergy and Sinus Headache. I find that Benadryl does NOT work in hot or humid weather and my nose becomes very stuffy. For Benadryl to take FULL effect, I need to be in a very cold room around 70 degrees. Also, the effects wear off every 4 hours or so and the stuffiness in my nose increases with the intake every four hours instead of decreasing. I'm 31 and have had nephrotic syndrome with flares every 6 months since I was 2. Bone density test shows my bones are stronger than most healthy people, but I drink a lot of milk. When I'm on Prednisone I cut salt out of my diet as much as possible (there's a lot of salt in milk) knowing that the more I eat, the more I will swell.
