What was interesting about the drug was how dry it made my skin. My lips were so dry, chapped and red. They always peeled, and my skin seemed so much more dry. Accutane has cured any previous acne I had on my chest and back. From time to time I get a pimple or two, but this is recent. A year after accutane, I was still getting nasty breakouts.

I have been taking Allegra-D for quite some time. Over the past 5 years, I have had increasingly painful menstrual cramps to the point where it affects bowel movements. I recently did some research and found that Allegra-D can be a cause for menstrual cramps. I stopped taking Allegra-D and the menstrual cramping and painful bowel movements have gone back to normal. It got me out of a severe depressive episode, for which I am grateful. However, I still experience bouts of depression, often in the afternoon. So it is likely not a long term solution for me.
