I took ONE shot of 3.75mg Lupron Depot prior to fibroid surgery and still have an enlarged abdomen / bloating / fluid retention nearly one year later. I weigh only 91 pounds but my formerly flat stomach sticks out like a baby bump. What's worse, it's very uncomfortable. My clueless doctor suggested I wear Spanx (what, forever?) and even that didn't hold my abdomen in. It's a hormonal issue. Naproxen aka Aleve is probably the most effective drug, for me, to cure a headache. Be cautious when taking on an empty stomach. Not the best for ache and pain relief (I prefer ibuprofen), but an overall effective medication with very few side effects.

I take this during the winter and whenever I'm around people who have colds, flu etc. It really seems to work well as a preventative. Once, when one child came home from school very sick with some croupy bug, my other child and I took Jade Screen for the duration, and my husband didn't. We both had just a slightly sore throat for half a day; he got really, really sick. Can't remember the last time I got a cold; and I used to get bronchitis regularly--but not anymore!

This drug is efficient but it causes fatigue. In addition, I have to make lab exams regularly and it is expensive. I would not recoemment it to a user.

I had been having sleeping problems for many years and I have been taking this medication for over 10 years now and I like that i have a normal sleeping cycle now. The only thing that I do not like is that I feel drowsy in the morning when I want to be fully awake.
