Dear Friends, I came across this website while doing a yahoo search on simvastatin. Am glad to know, am not alone. I am 42, i was prescribed to take simvastatin for blood pressure on 17 Dec along with other drugs clopidogrel and omeprazole after my ct scan for heart chest pain. My ct scan came clean. This supplement wasn't one of my favorites. Even though I did recover quickly after workouts, and though I noticed more definition, I think the majority of it was water weight (I gained a lot of weight very quickly when I started using it). I know that many people swear by this stuff, but I don't think I would recommend it. Being able to eat after a workout is more important than creatine intake.

I should first explain that I did not take capsules. Moringa Oleifera grows here in Thailand and is used in Thai cooking. I ate the sap and had teas made of it, as other people do here. After taking for a few days, I had severe dizziness, strong stomach ache, pain on right side and an itchy rash on my chest. I notice that the symptoms I describe have already been given by other people Maybe I had too much? I will try it in small doses in future!
