i was advised to take the drug two weeks before my period. i am on my 16th day of my period, i have experienced headaches, bodyaches, hotflashes, nausea, vomiting and of course long periods. i have been hospitalized, the Drs did a blood test, cat scan, pap, ultra and found nothing. i had discussed my concerns and changes i was experiencing after the pill but they all say it cant be the pill as the pill is suppose to help with the period. on the 5th i go for a biopsy. my life is miserable. i k... I have pretty bad anxiety/OCD and Pristiq doesn't really help me with that. Maybe a little, but not much. I don't feel depressed taking it. Noticed my hair is falling out a little faster since I started taking Pristiq, but I'm a guy in his late 20's and it was already an issue, just not to the extent it is now. I have had diarrhea for about 4 weeks now and I believe it's related to taking the Zoloft. Does anyone know if this side effect will go away? I started taking Zoloft in the beginning of March for my anxiety and feel great besides this horrible problem. I'm hoping my body will adapt so I don't have to switch medications.

Even though my blood work comes back normal, I am still cold most of the time when others around me are not. I am told being cold is a side effect of hypothyroidism. So I don't know if that was supposed to improve while taking Levothyroxine or not.

I was prescribed Promethazine after I got my wisdom teeth pulled and was given Percocet and vomited. I also felt naseous after taking pain medicaiton (especially since I was unable to eat much with the medication due to having oral surgery). The Promethazine was amazing because it stopped the nausea and vomiting. It also made me very tired but I didn't mind because it was nice being asleep while I was in pain. I had a bad experience with Nuva-Ring. I had originally been on the Depo-Provera shot for about 4 years before I decided to try something else. I researched and talked to my doctor, and decided to try Nuva-Ring.
