I have been taking Spiriva for many years. I have COPD even though I have never smoked. It worked well for me until recently....I am now 71....I have had many side effects, including urinary tract infections, severe constipation, depression, blurred vision, dry mouth. I have no other choice but stop taking this drug. I believe these side effects happen after taking for several years. This supplement wasn't one of my favorites. Even though I did recover quickly after workouts, and though I noticed more definition, I think the majority of it was water weight (I gained a lot of weight very quickly when I started using it). I know that many people swear by this stuff, but I don't think I would recommend it. Being able to eat after a workout is more important than creatine intake.

Unfortunately Microgestin Fe has caused me to have bloating and irregular stool, breakouts and a change in skin type from normal to Oily, extreme gas, stomach cramping that lasts weeks at a time, I have not had weight gain but my body does appear to be swollen (not only to the sight but to the touch), fatigue. I do not recommend this drug.

I have tried quite a lot of Chronic pain regimens, and the Opana, has been the only narcotic that I have taken that even with side effects has helped with my pain level to get me through the day, I am on the lowest dose by chose, because I dont want to be completely out of it. All the other drugs I have taken have made me either letrahargic, or made me very sick, and also effected my moods, I even had withdrawals while taking the Ultram, bad stuff I think.

I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't been prescribed Ibuprofen following a surgery. It did a lot of good, but I still felt and looked horrible at the time.

Advair works great for breathing problems, but since i started using advair, i have voice changes, lots of pain in my joints, and weight gain, i want to stop using this medication, but cant, it seems ive become dependant on this stuff. its like my lungs just cant work with out advair, i dont like that at all, i didnt use to have that type of problem before.ive been using advair about 6 yrs. now, the longest ive been able to be off it was 3 months, but i cant even do that again.
