I found ibuprofen to be oustanding for relieving inflamation & pain. Unfortunately, it made my heart race and/or beat irregularly, so I had to stop using it.

I feel the benefits have out weighed the side effects. I can sty focused, don't get as impatient and am generally calmer. Just wish the effect on sexual arousal wasn't so great.

I am on day 8 of prevpac for h pylori gastritis. Diarrhea, strange taste in mouth and dry mouth started from day 1, but they did not bother me so much. From day 6 I started stomachache and severe fatigue, tachycardia. I am wondering whether I should stop the med. I learned that in Japan this same combination of medications are prescribed only for 7 days as the standard treatment for h pylori and there is much higher incidence of h pylori infection in Japan. seems to work well, i will say though do not Yank the patch off take it off slowly i cause skin bruse yanking one off like tape it seems to make my skin very fragile after use When i did yank off of one the patches the far end the last part to come off in the thank put a straight line bruse showing blood under the skin simlar to being hit hard and getting a bruse

I have been taking one Advil PM about an hour before bedtime for about 6 months since I have a lot of insomnia. It is just as effective now as it has ever been. I am just not sure about longterm use. I do not take other meds.
