This supplement wasn't one of my favorites. Even though I did recover quickly after workouts, and though I noticed more definition, I think the majority of it was water weight (I gained a lot of weight very quickly when I started using it). I know that many people swear by this stuff, but I don't think I would recommend it. Being able to eat after a workout is more important than creatine intake.

Over the summer mostly, I get itchy in my vaginal region and that is when I take Lotrisone. It cools down the burning I feel and makes me be able to do more because I don't have to lay down all day. It's a put on and go kind of medicine that does not make me drowsy.

day 2, nausea,diahrrea, day3, nausea, day4, constipation and,symptoms eased somewhat, day 5,constpation, severe nausea, metallic taste, trouble eating due to nausea and lack of appetite.I am in day five and considering giving up the med and suffering the consequences. I wonder if this self inflicted torture is worth it.

I had perfect fasting blood sugar levels prior to taking Lipitor and now regularly have fastings of 283 or higher (even when my blood sugar level at night is perfect prior to going to bed). I had a salad for supper tonight and took the normal amount of insulin I took prior to taking Lipitor and later had a blood sugar level over 400. I only take Maxalt when the migraine is so severe I can not see straight. I do not like a lot of the side effects but a lot of the times it will dull the pain to where I can function again.
