it been more than 4 years since i have started to use IBUPROFEN becuase of my DYMEANOREAHA so severe, evenni been taking over dose though i am medical person and know the effecy what it would be . Sudafed 12 Hour made me a bit dizzy and drowsy throughout the day. I had to go into work that day and felt to drowsy to do anything. I suggest this medicine to those that expect to stay home for the day. It does affect the mentality, at least it did with me. I had difficulty concentrating on my tasks at work because the medicine actually made me not concentrate, I just felt like going to sleep.

Weird episodes where I feel furious for no reason...just descends on me like a migraine. My fatigue is better, maybe? At first, Provigil made a big difference, quickly wore down, and the switch to Nuvigil gave me a bit more energy again. It is doing something stimulating, since I've got much more anxiety and those rage attacks, but I don't know if it's really improving my quality of life or ability to function.
