At first I didn't really have any side effects.Then about a month into the pack,I noticed I was very irritable,moody,short tempered and slightly angry. I also noticed that the last week on each month my breasts were soo tender they hurt. I still get some cramps and pms.I am starting to wonder why am I even on these paticular kind. This is my second round of Isotretinoin. The first time the results lasted for about 3 1/2 years before I started having bouts of cystic acne again (definitely related to stress). The first time I was on it I had a lot of joint and muscle pain but I have not experienced that this time around. Have been on Pristiq for 5 days. My doctor prescribed it for my anxiety and panic attacks. Side effects are horrible; nausea, fatigue, sweating, cold chills, blurred vision, no apetite, shaky etc. Still waiting for these to subside as I haven't been able to work or really leave my house as I dont want to have a car accident and my anxiety has gotten worse! Will wait it out for another week or so and see what happens.

i take 1 tablet 3 times a day with my meals. I have muscle spasms and muscle cramps due to low calcium, so i take these to help me with these problems. They really help with my spasms and dizziness, if i stop taking the supplements i feel a big difference all the symptoms come back.

Since having Zoladex injections, for 4 months. Ihave never been in so much pain, I was originally given it for pain relief, its help to stop my periods, but thats all!!! Obviously every body is different, but I have found Zoladex to be awful...
