I had really bad hives last month and was prescribed Zantac to prevent the spread. It was very effective but I had to take it once a day for 10 days along with another medication. By the eighth day, my hives were completely gone.

It is great to use before or exercise. It also works once you are already out of breath. On the down side it can take 10 to 15 minutes to help you catch your breath. It makes you hyper and your heart beat faster.

I started taking Lexapro when I was a sophomore in high school after I was finally diagnosed with an anxiety disorder after years of daily symptoms including a fluttery stomach, racing nervous thoughts, uncomfortably noticeable heartbeat, etc. and also occasional panic attacks. I didn't like the way it made me feel, I got very sick from it. Iwould only take if I in a lot of pain that i couldnt handle other then that I would never take it.
